Humber Heights-Westmount

Valley views and hidden charm.

What it's like

A small pocket of detached homes backing onto the Humber River valley, with a mix of original ranches and custom rebuilds.

Humber Heights is small, quiet, and geographically blessed — much of it backs onto the Humber River valley, which means mature trees, trails, and a real sense of separation from the city. The pocket is slowly transforming as older homes are replaced by custom builds, and prices have climbed accordingly. Still, this remains one of the more understated prestige addresses in the west end.

What makes it tick

  • Humber River valley trails and St. Phillips trail
  • Scarlett Heights Entrepreneurial Academy
  • Easy access to the 401 and Weston Road
  • Quick drive to the Kingsway and Bloor West
